Use Case

As a restaurant franchisee, I need a way to be alerted when a patron arrives to pick up their order curbside. We do not have an App, and we do not want to pay delivery services such a large cut of the bill to provide this service.

Solution

Lifecycle can integrate SMS communications with your patrons and the restaurant. Through the web-based and mobile friendly patron portal, patrons can text their parking space # and last name when they arrive. The restaurant is alerted via the Patron Portal, and the order can be delivered curbside. Additionally, one-time payments can be initiated to the patron through their SMS device. These payments are instantly recorded in the Patron Portal and a receipt is generated. By communicating via SMS, surveys can be filled out, feedback can be given, payments can be initiated, and receipts can be created. All tracked and recorded in the Patron Portal for you to balance your books and consolidate orders. And the best part, over 10X cheaper than using an App service.

Use Case

As a service reseller, I need a way to automatically integrate the features of Lifecycle for my patrons. I want to be able to send out payment reminders in bulk, send out electronic bill notifications in bulk, and view reporting of all the efforts in an easy-to-understand format.

Solution

Lifecycle was built from the ground up with ease-of-use in mind. Our portal solution, PX Studio, exists as a stand-along website that is built on an API (application programming interface) repository. Anything that can be done in the portal can be done via API calls to our system. Larger clients can send bulk requests to our systems through the API and initiate outreach to thousands of patrons at the same time. By using cloud-based serverless technologies, our system is able to handle 1,000 simultaneous actions. Even if you posted 50,000 transactions to our API, they would be completed in under a minute. These outreach requests can be scheduled for future dates, or sent all at once. Our API interface also provides report retrieval through a simple call, to provide real-time results of our efforts. At Lifecycle, technology comes first and is built into everything we do.

As a small Net-30 business, I want to notify my patrons of electronic bill availability, send out payment reminders via SMS, and also set up payment plans for some of my accounts.

The PX Studio will allow many different formats of data to be uploaded into the system. If we do not support your specific format, our team will jump on the integration and build it into our system. Most common formats like CSV, Excel, or Text are readily available to be uploaded and can be integrated in within minutes.
